Really my main problems with Brave and the Bold is simply that I prefer more serious interpretations of comic characters.

Which I will admit is a biased standpoint. But from what I've watched it's not a bad show, but just not for me.

He's just the most honest politician I've ever seen. I don't think he says something just to get votes or be popular. Plus he basically run circles around the others in the political debates even though he rarely gets recognition for it. As for his actual political stances I have mixed feelings about them, some of his positions I could take or leave.

 

Supposedly both him and TB have used derogatory terms or something in the past but I have yet to hear it or see it *shrugs* I've seen quite a bit of content from both, especially TB and both seem fairly respectful and level headed to me so that's all I can really judge it on until I see otherwise.

Indeed, hence why I can see the appeal for him. But I personally view honesty as a weakness, not a strength in politics. It is a valuable method for sure and sounds nice to the public, but very difficult to execute upon. The consequences of integrity are much riskier, since there one you turn a blind eye to something (which is bound to happen the more influential /  involved you are), it can have some lasting effects on your career and earning the trust of the public is much greater, which is something Ron Paul has suffered from. Plus additional factors, which I won't delve into here, unless risking a thread locked.

 

Still, I am not in a position to giver a proper evaluation, since I don't follow American politics as in depth as I do with other countries.

Trust is earned. Relying on me on chance is entirely up to you. I won't sweeten your ear with promises or such. When you know what I am capable of accomplishing, and whether I hold your trust or not, is for you to decide alone on your basis.

Considering Team Magma wishes to increase humanities development and evolution, while Aqua only increasing the personal enjoyment for the Pokemon alone (IIRC), I say the choice is pretty frikkin obvious.
