That show is rubbish imo. The books are far better, and the records themselves are even more so.
Books generally tend to be better than the show / movie. That doesn't make the show rubbish however. Personally I didn't find the Romance of the Three Kingdoms that appealing. Not only is it more romanticized and dramatized than the show, but it also portrays Cao Cao as a clear villain. Not something I'm personally a fan of.
Man ep12 is fantastic. The new scenes where fantastic, even the change they made to the big scene was fantastic. Also the ending with the characters
ALSO THIS ILLUSION REMIX YESSSSSASSSSSSSSSS
ALSO UNLIMITED BLADE WORKS PREVIEW, it's so sexy!
OMG SO THIS!
Had an inner squee for myself when that started playing.

Kirei couldn't be more subtle about it. Though unfortunately I am not that well versed with her, so I was basically all just "Ah, ok." about it.
Lord Chewin knows how to lay that sh*t down. Anyhow, are you gonna wait till April or are you gonna play the VN to know how it develops?
Planning on reading the VN, but I have decided to experience the Fate route first (which has already taken me a month and I am only in the very first few days) and with my schedule quite busy next year, I wouldn't be surprised if I'll just end up experiencing the anime in April.

Shame, but understandable. Would simply like to hear your opinions on UBW ( and Heaven's Feel) sooner rather than latter

Kirei rocking them moves again was nergasm for sure. More interested to see what form of action he will take now.

Hot damn! That was a solid episode of UBW for sure! I started enjoying this route over Fate early on, but never expected it to be completely different in terms of narrative. Feels like I am experiencing Fate/Stay Night for the first time. Simply amazing.
Spoiler
Fully agree, and that was a very emotional scene. Can't believe what Saber is going through right now. Wonder how UBW will showcase who Saber is. I mean, people have zero clue who her identity is for people coming in to the series for the first time.

Sabers face in the ending pretty much shows how much pain she is going through.

With them adding new scenes, we'll get more content for him in the anime then VN, though once HF happens you'll have lots of Kotomine goodness.

That's encouraging.
Still though, fluid animation for the fights, which is good.
Asuna is still a major cutie.
Ok. Episode 21.
Meh.
Onto 22.

Ok.
23 round up.
Good thing Kirito was working on ways to make his computer daughter real, otherwise, y'know.
So you can't hold back tears in ALO?
I wanna cry all the damn time, so I guess I'd be the world renowned crying knight.
A shame.
Final episode we go.

Finished all the Sinners movies.
They're damn good.
Like everybody else said, better leave judgement when you've watched all 7.
And it ends happily, which is great, because I swear it was gonna end up like some Shakespearean tragedy.
From 4 onwards you can expect gradual development of characters and a shift in focus. The story wasn't really about some big bad or anything; there was no centre piece for characters to revolve around. It really is a bildungsromans about Shiki, the series' protagonist.
I wouldn't call it a MASTERPIECE because I take issue that the setting isn't clearly defined like UBW's is, and sometimes it becomes convoluted for the sake of being convoluted which is not cool. Also there's this incest (totally one sided btw) that really is just "there" and never goes anywhere.
Also, the dialogue COULD be called...errr...pseudo-intellectual? Or maybe it's just me who doesn't get it. It just seems like sophistry when characters use terms ambiguous to their actual meanings, you end up like "waaahhh, what do you mean by that?"
A lot of the times. Some might say it's clever and subtle, but I call bull. Even Ghost in the Shell has this problem, especially when Kuze wants to talk about his "superstructure of the net" and the "subconscious."
But it's not as bad as here. So some of its depth rings hollow whereas stuff like Fate feels a lot better. You know ideals are the main theme of the series, and that's not necessarily a bad thing just because it's apparent. So what's the main theme of Garden of Sinners? Err... the paradox of the Taji... I think. So yeah, paradoxes.
I'm reluctant to watch anything else because the 7 big ones really do a good job at establishing things and wrapping up the story/romance between Mikiya and Shiki. I feel that Aozki got the short straw because her character didn't go to the places Shiki and Mikiya's did.
Anyway aside from that you have the usual Ufotable EYE-SEXY (because these films are gorgeous) as well as amazing action sequences as well as good use of imagery for sexy symbolism. Too bad I'm too focused on the sub to notice anything spectacular.
So yeah, overall 8-9/10, it varies from film to film.
Film 5 is very special and probably the best. It has this Baccano thing going on where sequences are taking place at different times etc etc... makes you really use your brain to piece together what is happening when. Chris would go bonkers over movie 5, he might pass out from the multiple orgasms he'd be having. I have to say though that Baccano handles it better.
