I can deal with Shiki being so high sicne she was the main heroine before Tsukhime and F/SN and that poll was also done after the GOS movies.

Illya, Shirou and Kirei probably had their votes split. If those votes weren't split they probably would have been way higher.

Also HF is Sakura's route but I like to pretend it's Illya's. I don't like Sakura and Nasu decided to take elements from Illya's route and incorporate them into Sakura's route.
