Same here... well, not lately (can't find a good dub anywhere shheez ><)
But yeah. Just saying because Holo dubbed is far superior, and goes with her character a lot more than the cutsey VA they gave her for the Japanese sub.

I posted a video of the stupid potato scene a few pages back and told Clones to listen to the voice acting to get a feel of what it would be like for the dub, he said something along the lines of "Okay, I'm going to watch this now".
Spice and Wolf gets serious when it needs to, super serious. Also as Sim has said, the chemistry between Holo and Lawrence is amazing. I think that you'll enjoy it loads if you stick it out, if not there is no shame in it, because people like different things. I just recommended it to you because it was one of the most well done anime that I've seen and it isn't really a romance comedy, although it does have some moments like one.

Anyone that thinks Goku could actually beat Superman needs to be tossed out of the airlock.

There's calculations you can muster. But ultimately Supes has 76 years of feats Goku has yet to ever match.
Not to say Superman is unstoppable,
In fact have a list of characters I think could beat Superman (From anime only)
1. Madoka Kaname, and the rest of the Holy Quintet (Magic, obviously. Sayaka stabs Superman with her sword, it's magic so it'd probably work)
2. Simon The Digger (Spiral power affects reality, and Probability altering missiles would probably do some major damage)
3. Alucard (Because Vampires are magic)
4. Fashion Week Ryuko Matoi (Life Fibers are BS!)
5. Wild Tiger and Barnaby Brooks Jr. if they REALLY tried.
