Really looking forward to the movie, Akane and Ko going against eachother is going to be amazing for character development, more so when you take the forshadowing at PP2s end into consideration.

I was about to defend Mika (to an extent), and then I got distracted by Kou-chan. Also, my friend has just informed me that everyone is totally NOT serious about killing Mika, so I can just roll with staring at Kou-chan some more - hah!

 

The one thing I do want to say is...AKANE AND KOUGAMI HAD BETTER GET TOGETHER AFTER EVERYTHING, OR I WILL STRANGLE SOMEONE!!!!!!! I nearly died thanks to all the Kou-chan hallucinations in S2 - giant teases, grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Fine with me too, that's good character development, and her death is a potential conclusion to that, sure, fitting even, though it would still be the worst movie of all time if that happens.

Getting back to anime for a bit after marathoning both Avatar series' -- Aiming for Gankutsuou: Count of Monte Cristo, though I've also been contemplating on reading the novel first before jumping in, but might do the reverse, since I'm still in the midsts of reading other books. It seems, however, appropriate to get a broad insight on the source material, so that one might better withhold a critical standpoint on the story of the Count, and how it fares in the anime. It seems about as loosely based as the game Enslaved is to the novel Journey to the West, so maybe it's not necessary but I feel like it would benefit my own experience.

I'm loving the colours/overall aesthetic of the anime and especially the music. All of it is gorgeous.
