Depends on how much of a commitment you want. 

 

Fate/Stay series is longer, I believe. 

 

I've been interested in it for a while, I decided to wait until I could figure out which order the series took place and I had to have Yandere set me straight on that. 

 

Darker than Black was amazing, but it gets pretty weird 2nd Season in. 

Mr. No Touch and I both feel that it needs a 3rd Season. 

 

I say go with Fate/Stay, if not for the action than do it for Rin's anus.

Darker than Black has 3 series as well, sort of.

 

It has Season 1.

 

It has Gaiden which takes place between 1 and 2 (I think it's 4 episodes long, 8 tops).

 

It has Season 2.

 

I'll try to think of something shorter for you to watch.

You could try Golden Time, it's a mystery with some comedy, but I don't know if you'd enjoy it or not because it has its fair share of romance. 

 

I'd say the same of Eden of the East.
