Ok, episode 2 of Death Parade!!!!
My notes (spoiler free)
-character development was superb. Very interested in the characters.
-plot was same as first episode, just told from another perspective.
-music: that opening and ending have set the bar pretty high for 2015
-they go deeper into the main premise of the show, which I have found extremely intriguing

-they go deeper into the main premise of the show, which I have found extremely intriguing
They also cleared up why they used the terms heaven and hell-- simply because it was easier for subjects to understand than reincarnation and the void. Fair enough about that.
Interesting method of judgment they have, seems pretty flawed beyond what they already demonstrated in this episode, but it's nice that they demonstrated that. They clearly implied that the void was a punishment, but I wonder about that, given what I've said previously... maybe the arbiters don't even know and it's actually working as intended. I don't know.
I do like Nona, partly because she actually looks like a tiny woman and not a little girl, which is pretty rare as far as anime goes.

I feel it started strong. But the middle and final plot arcs were really generic, and boring.
Had it just been about a god doing silly odd jobs it'd have been fine. But then you get into his swords existential crisis and the main villain being a total tool (Not to mention the amnesia thing) and I just lost interest.

Saber's identity will be revealed around halftime through Fate/Stay and her supposedly being Jeanne D'Arc is a minor plot in the prequel anime /Zero.
But since you'd be watching that one anyway (because who wouldn't) I don't want to spoiler you. Fair warning though, the /Zero thing is likely not the way you'd expect it to be.

Not even close and the whole Jeanne d'Arc thing in Zero was also just silly nonsense so they could continue the "Casters love to do freaky stuff to Saber." tradition even though it's nowhere near as funny scary as Caster in Stay Night.

Done with the second season of JoJo. I prefer Joseph over Jotaro but this season was very entertaining to watch even if Joseph isn't always the main focus. It's the cast around Jotaro that really make sure that each and every episode got some kind of misery fall upon them. They do really well in that aspect!
The cast of Stardust Crusaders makes everything 100x better.
Especially Kakyoin.
