I was way off on Sabers identity...She's alot cooler now though.

It's a interesting twist on the legend. She goes into more detail though in the VNs.

Eh, it works with the narrative I guess, though sadly the shows major theme about survival seems to have taken a step back (for now I assume). Sadly I don't give a flying f*ck about its recent developments, but it depends what kind of context it will have later down the line that interests me. Could go either way.

AoT has pretty much become a typical crappy shonen after the coup arc. It's a shame because leading up to this current arc, AoT was fantastic(there was some issues) but this latest arc is just crap for many reasons, from Eren still being a crappy main character to this power up bs.

About halfway done through LotGH, Yare Yare, This group wants to control that group, something something about a sabotage or kidnapping, Julian still looks like a girl.

I cheated with Baccano and skipped to the last episode. Respectable show, but don't think it was quite what I was looking for.

Other than that, not much to say on the Anime/Manga route.

Actually, I take that back. One of the classical songs in LotGH reminded me instantly of this:

Seriously, f*ck Fate route Shirou! Reading through the VN gave me brain cancer. The f*cker barely develops at all throughout the journey and is a f*cking idiot who gets jacksh*t done by himself!

I always found Eren to be charismatic, but that was basically it. Even with powers, he sucks. Kills his first titan in human form and frikkin celebrates. Good job. Here is your medal, you useless "Mikasa wants the D" of a protagonist.

Nah, continue watching it. It is more fun having certain plot points being shrouded in mystery (e.g. Saber's identity and more) rather than just being slapped in your face as Zero does. In addition, the show isn't as bad as the internet would have you believe. I actually prefere the anime over the VN counterpart.

Honestly, I got about halfway in yesterday and got so bored I went and played Hyrule Warriors until Liam said I should skip it and watch Zero.

 

Which I'm liking alot more.

Mostly because Crispin Freeman and Johnny Yong Bosch.
