There are alot of interesting servants in Fate/Apocrypha.
Would love to see it animated in the future a 7 vs 7 servants war is amazing.
Eh, doesn't personally appeal to me. 14 servants and 14 masters getting enough characterization within the narrative seems impossible, considering how the other Fate shows manages just barely make do with 7. Double the amount sounds like more trouble than what it is worth.

I tend to like short anime too, because they are easy to get into and if I'm in a hurry I don't have to worry about not finishing an episode cause 7 minutes isn't that long.

They're just super convenient.
I'd also say that it takes a lot of skill to tell part of a story and to be funny in 3 minutes, especially when most shows get 8x longer to do that.
