What's this about a game delving into analytical psychology!?

The title itself "Persona" is a literal reference to the given name of one of Carl Jung's major archetypes in study of the human psyche. The story of the modern games post-Persona 2 play quite litterally around his theoretical readings.. Persona 3 in particular take a bit from Freud as well, largely in regards to his "Death Drive" which relates to the overall theme of the game -- It makes sense too, since Freud & Jung shared common theories on the Conscious/Unconscious mind; Jung was a pupil to Freud at first before he distanced himself from him and came up with his own stuff. This is where they largely differed from each other.

 

Give the games a try some time in the future -- Most importantly because they are quite engaging in terms of characters, plot and everything one would want out of a game.

Since you're so silly I'll say yes to Persona 3 being a good place to start. Then when you hopefully have become less silly you can move onwards to the other titles
