Personally I'm completely indifferent to Gil. The only thing I really like about him is his powers with summoning the swords. Otherwise I can't say I have a strong opinion of him one way or another.

He was voiced by Crispin Freeman in Fate/Zeros dub which is always a plus.

That's actually the reason why I like Gil. I love the conversations he and Kirei have throughout Zero. I don't really admire his strength all that much. His fighting is not as entertaining compared to Rin's Archer and Saber.

Yeah I admit they had an interesting and unusual dynamic that I rather liked. Gil plays a large part in Kirei discovering who he really is (unfortunately for most of the people that took part in that holy grail war)
