Fire emblem is really pretty cool IMO, if you like anime I can't see any reason you wouldn't like FE:A., or any of the other FEs for that matter basically..

Speaking of FE, I need to get back to both ongoing playthroughs of Blazing Sword and Shadow Dragon. @_@ I have translations of pretty much the whole series, Awakening being the only one I don't currently have cause lack of funds.
Buuuuut the series is definitely a favorite as far as strategy series go.
