Isn't there an option to tick off if you've rewatched a show on MAL?

I'd actually checked a while back, probably 2 months ago and you were a little bit behind me then. 

 

You've passed me at some point within the last 2 months and are getting farther away from me 

 

My Anime intake has really dwindled in the past few months, I can't wait until my dad gets better and can go back to work so that I can watch more often. 

 

I tested the rewatch option after I saw Isi's post and it doesn't add any additional time or episodes to your total counts.  

 

I rarely do rewatches. I've only rewatched Angel Beats 4 times, Gundam Seed and Gundam Seed Destiny twice and Watamote twice. So the episode count thing is only off by about 272 episodes.  

 

So I guess my true episode count is about 2,298. Probably closer to 2,400 really, because I'd watch DragonBallZ and GT back in the day, but I have no idea what episodes I have and haven't seen so I don't mark those down.

Not counting syndicated series I've seen parts of on Adult Swim and don't have the patience to add up, I've seen 1015 episodes of anime. My god, 276 episodes of Pokemon. Why didn't I stop watching after James stopped being funny?

It's really preference, I'm not saying it's bad (like Guilty Crown which is terrible) it's really just me not feeling it.
 
I should have watched it when I was in the better mood for that stuff.

That explains those profile views I've gotten despite not going on the MAL forums even once.

 

I do remember when I made my MAL account that we pretty much had the same time spent watching anime now that you mention it but it doesn't surprise that it changed since Anime, VN's or video games are my only hobbies and I don't really have a social life.

Well, my current anime library has a total of 1809 episodes (not counting OVA or other bonus material), though I'm sure I'm missing quite a number because I deleted some shows that I watched long ago to make room for new content, so my revised guesstimate is around 2000'ish episodes watched.

 

I need more HDDs ...

But according to MAL, my not yet complete list (such a WIP from older series) is currently at 11.5 days not including rewatches and such. Can't seem to see easily the complete episode number list so I'll look for that later.

I might give that show a second chance later down the line. Gave up on it after 5-6 episodes the first time.
