I am currently looking for a good comedy/slice of life/romance anime which I can partially pay attention too.( I play games while watching anime a lot of the times) Any suggestions?

Right now the only thing that comes to mind would be Nodame Cantabile. Maybe. Anything else I can think of would definetly require your full attention to really enjoy.

Then again, I have no idea if it's been dubbed. And if you're not going to be watching the screen all the time, subs aren't very optimal unless you're able to understand Japanese.

I don't know about all that. King is kawaii and pretty badass. Ban's just pretty badass. At least Ban won over emotionally stunted Gowther.

Oh I agree that King is good, but I just find Ban to be a better character in general.
