I don't want him to watch Bebop now.
Who knows what he thinks about our Radical Edward!

But speaking of Bebop...
Bang.
One of the best animes ever made.
Gonna rewatch this for a third time next month probably.
Can appreciate it a lot more now.
Still haven't picked a 5th -.-
Time to go back to Hellsing... ...

Got back to watching the english dub of Psycho Pass 2 and Saiga definitely doesn't sound all that young.

Should've still used Light's dad to voice him.
Or Cirspin Freesex
Don't know why he isn't everybody.
Crispin Freesex is godly.

Might as well give you the goods before you deal the damage.

As reliable as that choice is I'm tired of anime characters having voices I'm familiar with. I don't think Michael Frederico was a poor choice at all.

You probably start these posts with "Captain's Log: 2929, BSN Enterprise."

It's his first major role.
Wouldn't call it a f*ck up.
But I believe another voice would have suited him better.
Look at Death Note.
Dub and Sub L
That was great casting.
Too bad L's VA doesn't come up again.
What a waste of a brilliant VA
How have you been watching anime and you haven't watched Bebop yet?
To be fair I haven't watched that much anime yet and I used to avoid the popular stuff because I get dissapointed easily.
Guest_simfamUP_*
Errr...
I understand that feeling.
But I've found that older anime that's very popular is usually solid.
Probably it's had its time to brush off the hype and be properly evaluated.
It's the newer anime that gets hyped to f*ck that end up being utter sh*t.
Cowboy Bebop is sort of like... undisputed in how good it is.
Some claim it's the best, some claim it's simply very good.
Either way there's no 'middle ground.' Either you'll love it or you'll like it.
There's no hating that show unless you... well... have poor taste?
Don't like saying that. But Bebop is really quiet the show.
It's not like LOTGH, where one can easily be put off by it being really slow as hell with lots of dialogue etc...
A short, well told episodic story with thematic consistency, deep characters and an OST to kill for.
Also brilliant animation and subtlety.
Like when Faye introduces herself as a Gypsy for the lolz.
It's not that significant when you first here it, but it's really clever after you explore her character further.

Most people in this thread have probably watched somewhere in between 300-400 anime at the very least.
While according to MAL I've only completed 117 anime.
Really? Where are these mythological anime enthusiasts?

What?
First 20 chapters of Kingdom finished, oh Shin.... You silly fool ![]()

Just to clarify, I don't think that way anymore.
I mean I'll get to it eventually but I have so much stuff on my watch and plan to watch list that it will probably take a while.
But you know what sim? Your enthusiasm has finally got to me and I'll start watching an episode of gintama every day
.
Still not watching LOGH right now because I'm just not in the "politicial kind of mood" you know?
Really? Where are these mythological anime enthusiasts?
Whoops pretend I didn't say that.
I saw the animelist from some members in this thread a few months ago and I assumed that they watched a lot of anime but know that I think about it, it was probably the time they had spent watching anime that was a lot more than mine.
Damn that bad brain of mine.

It's possible to dislike or hate Cowboy Bebop.
It does have a weak main story, weak character development, depending on who you are you might dislike it's episodic format. It is also a bit over the top.
I disagree, LOGH isn't slow. It just has boring action.
I found bebob good. Not great or amazing just good. I'm still completely unsure why. I did like the ending though that was quite well done.
I actually dropped bebop because it doesn't get good until the 5th episode. Afterwards It was one of my favorite anime.
I prefer Baccano to bebop but I would put them on the same level.
They're both still better than Black Lagoon though.
Zekka has now moved from F tier to **** taste tier. Clones is still at D tier taste.
D?
I didn't think Asuna and Deen Fate would hold me down that much!
It's still higher than E and F. You should be glad.

Still a passing mark.
True.

You did move from E to D so rejoice!

I'm on S rank for watching legend of the galactic heroes
