Listened to AoT OST when reading that.
Err... listened to this a lot during Kingdom
So awesome when everybody charges.
Vinland Saga was very good though. Probably my fourth favourite manga behind Kingdom and Vagabond.

I can see my self disliking Gon for the very stupid reason that he's the paragon of all that is good and righteous in the world so far.

I listened to this though.
When the chorus hits it's sooo cool.
But that fight in the Shogun arc was just the most manliest thing I've read since Berserk.

Yar, speaking of their backstory I just finished up 14. :S
Kind of crazy in that 13 and 14 were probably way were more brutal than the first season (yes, even the boat cause while the body count was higher there, the actual imagery here makes it stand out to me).

Both Assassination Classroom and Death Parade had really good episodes this week. Going like this it seem I won't have to be concerned that either of them will drop like a fly since there are no signs of it anymore.

Well ****. I know I'm kind of just rambling on my progress today but I most certainly wasn't expecting that arc to **** me up as much as it did. Well played Black Lagoon team. Just finished it up and yeah, going to have to agree with Rah that so far it's 100% a highlight to the series. The twins most certainly lived up to the hype.

Yes.
Reason why I love Black Lagoon so much is that despite its over-the-top Hollywood action it really doesn't feel like you're watching an anime.
The end of the loli arc is the perfect example.
Plus, dubbed Black Lagoon is based as hell. I don't know how much of the script they changed, but if they did/didn't it's still freaking perfect and goes exactly with what the anime is.
Anyway...

Yeah, I can already see the signs that this isn't really going to be your normal shounen.
Well... I saw it in episode one.
It's nice and subtle, like foreshadowing the "who would you save if you could only save one?" Dilemma.
I know this because Geth has talked to me a lot about it.

Agreed completely, Sim. The dub cast is also amazing imho. Sometimes with dubs, there's at least one character that feels a little off for me but this is another series to add to the dub list where *everyone* feels perfectly cast. What I also forgot to mention yesterday is that Roberta's arc totally gave a complete Tarantino vibe to me (which is a compliment mind, as he's one of my favorite modern directors), and I thought that was neat. All those Mexican Standoffs and such.
ETA: Yes, Sim just posted one of Balalaika's best moments. X3 Love her to pieces in general, and Chang, and the whole Black Lagoon team, and Edna, andandandandand... Pretty much everyone in this damn show is great. :3

It's easy to forget behind all the gushing for Revy that Black Lagoon is overflowing with great and memorable characters that all do get their chance to shine and it's up to the viewer to find their "favorites" kinda why I came to adore the twins and their arc or the fact that Balalaika is possibly too awesome to actually be human. Characters getting appropriate arcs like how Anima mention Roberta's arc giving off a Tarantino vibe do Black Lagoon so much good!
I really want to watch this show again and when I start rewatching shows BL will be one of the earliest

Yeah it sucks uberhard, but according to Rei Hiroe's twitter it's the slow as all hell publisher's fault, but thankfully Black Lagoon is still continuing.
