Yeah. But like, the 10th blood seal is about to be activated and that's going to summon Fel'Nir Omega Janitor from the 18th dimension, and he's going to vacuum things.
Like, it might be bad for the Earth, might not. I mean, it's a Vacuum, a really good vacuum, like a Dyson one, but better because it's not bound by 3 Dimentional physics. So yeah, the world could end. Or not, unless you watch iDOLM@STER and Spice and Wolf...like right now...

Then the Seal may or may not be activated, and I don't even know where I'm going with this anymore.

Iri, Waver and Rider are the only Zero unique characters I personally like.

Rider ;_;

I'll take Rider, Gilgamesh, Diarmuid, and Lancelot.

I have no doubts that you most certainly do -- It was mostly in regards to the anime statement, given that anime tend to be as loose as all possible in regards to historical context matters, examples like Le Chevalier D'Eon, but as in all adaptations, that's to create a dramatic story that can appeal to a modern audience. Recent examples, like say Band of Brothers or locally to me, a show called 1864 (centering around Denmark's losing hold on Sleswig-Holstein against Prussia). Making the war against Prussia in 1864 feel somewhat related to the war in Afghanistan works on a modern audience, that's what contributes to the success of these shows. Making cathartic drama is key, whereas historical accuracy always come in as, at best, second priority. It's how it works in all mediums of course -- Largely a tv-audience does not care for historical accuracy but rather entertainment and if it's entertaining, if it can relay a message, draw perspectives on how we see the world, that they can take with them into their own lives. Then it's a success.

Consider my posts merely to wanting to have a conversation. Nothing more :)

Then I must apologize for my misunderstanding, since I assumed you directed your statement towards me and my knowledge on Alexander, which I pressumed was dubiety on you part.

But yes, I certainly agree with your statement. As you are aware, this doesn't apply to history solely but also anything regarding more--shall we say--'profound' aspects, like philosophy or politics. It is certainly a talent to be able to write a piece of entertainment that is 'suitable' for a broad audience as possible (of course it depends on targeted audience and all that), but whenever you have elements which requires a more 'deeper understanding' on whatever in particular the show wants to convey, you face a problem with either having to overly simplify it or make it unnecessary complicated which more often then not--for both cases--happens to ultimately fall flat in its delivery.

That is why I always value shows that can manage to find that red line in entertainment and authenticity. Limitations are of course a guaranteed (generally depending on the show of course), but I can certainly respect when you have e.g.shows like Fate/Zero whose plot Is conventional, but manages to offer solid action sequences and capture fundamental aspects like character and themes, along with a surprisingly solid depiction on historical figures. Naturally they lack any real substance in terms of portraying them and requires more "outside knowledge", but that the characters can largerly stand on their own within the show and please me on a "historical level", makes it an enjoyable experience for me on both accounts.

I'll take Rider, Gilgamesh, Diarmuid, and Lancelot.

Gil is not a Zero uniuqe chgaracter, hence why I didn't mention him, Kotomine or Kiri.

Diarmuid and the chivalry crap just annoyed me, plus his legend bored me to tears(Cu>>>>>>>>>>Diarmuid)

Lancelot would have been great if he was not in Berserker class.

Well yeah. That's what it says in the manga.

The original English dub said 9000 because they felt it was a more substantial number.

"So Steve, how do we make this scene sound more... awesome?"

"Well Jim, we increase the number with a thousand of course"

"F*cking brilliant, Steve!!"

So are Lucina and Naoto. Still reverse traps.

Wouldn't reverse imply that they are men who dresses like women and are somewhat manly, appearance-wise?

I just went off the urban dictionary definition.

A reverse trap is the opposite of a trap. A trap in this case is a man who dresses like a woman and is somewhat feminine in appearance. Therefore a reverse trap is a woman who dresses like a man and is somewhat masculine in appearance.

Preach. Currently started with The Breaker, but can't seem to get into it as I did with Berserk, which I swallowed in a span of around two weeks.

Should probably start with Nausicae.

Bah. Cu hasn't done crap yet. Diarmuid was far more interesting to me.

And I was just talking about favorite Fate Zero characters in general lol.

Certainly!

Another example could be The Tudors, being an account for the life of Henry VIII and his 6 wives, while also being the one who agigated the rise of the Renaissance in England and later granted power to the prostetant influence of said nation. The show takes liberty with history in order to create a worthy soap opera drama that manages to entertain, it's how the creators defended it and largely one can't expect much more. Of course there needs to be held a certain respect towards the source material, but in regards to historical figures, it can somewhat range a little bit -- Granted that Henry VIII and Alexander both lived ages ago, thus all sources are scattered amongst different interpretations, writings, decour, buildings, relics, that each tell a different story, there are even diaries of servants and other people who've summarized their own viewpoint of said historical figure. This is where the critical standing comes into the picture in order to get a clear view as to "What kind of guy was Henry VIII really" but also "how we can transmit a character like this to a TV show" etc.

Right. Although I'd say Erica from Catherine is more manly in appearance in comparison to Naoto. Naoto might dress like a man but she's very feminine. Lucina is probably closer to the definition at first.
