If it looks like a 12-years old, sounds like a 12-year old and acts like a 12-year old, it's a 12-year old regardless of the official number.
Either you character designer sucks because he can't draw a character that looks his age, or your writers suck because they can't write a character that acts it's age.
Either way, time is ripe for a few people to loose their jobs
P.S. - the girl on the pic is fine. She looks non-loli. Prolly the head could be a bit smaller for better proportions.

I think you misunderstood. I was saying if by some chance a young girl was turned( became a vampire) at the age of eight -12 I could see that as a justification for that appearance. But, to have a character look lIke that at the age of 42 is well, kind of pandering( is this right use of the word ) to a certain category of people. PLEASE don't get offended, I'm not imply people that like lolicon are bad people. Sigh, I'm probably going to get thrashed.I've seen more developed anime vampires so that doesn't really hold.
