I think you misunderstood. I was saying if by some chance a young girl was turned( became a vampire) at the age of eight -12 I could see that as a justification for that appearance. But, to have a character look lIke that at the age of 42 is well, kind of pandering( is this right use of the word ) to a certain category of people. PLEASE don't get offended, I'm not imply people that like lolicon are bad people. Sigh, I'm probably going to get thrashed.

I'm not challenging your statement, I am simply seeing when and where that statement cannot apply. I don't believe in binary rules in life.

Do all 3 factors have to be present?

I'd say to rank the 3 the most important part is temperment in combination with age. Is there a reason for a certain behavior? Is there a reason she looks like that?

Actually, I'm going to stop because quite frankly I really don't care and I have no interest in debating the moral gray area that is younger looking body types or age frozen adults or whatever in the name of Tyria you want to call them.

Thank you for the recommendation, Vroom. :3 I've seen K-On's name pop up for ages but never actually looked into it myself. Sounds like a slice of life then?

 

K-On use moe to make up for a lot of flaws like near non-existant character growth. The main cast also fall into some convenient roles that they never truly leaves.

 

It was fun to watch but honestly I know even without seeing your list that you got 100 shows that you probably should watch before K-On! Unless you really only want a massive dose of moe. Then K-On! got you covered!
