Someone can probably give a better definition than me but its a term for someone that acts cold (a ******) to people around them. But is also capable of being nice on occasion.

Just googled it. It all makes sense now. Tots, definitely tsundere like, omg how did I miss it lol.



Edited: And season one of SP is done! I laughed, I cried( poor Pork Bowl, you will be missed ). Damn, that was allot of fun.

A tsundere is somebody who acts cold on the outside but is actually very nice.

 

There are 2 kind of tsunderes:

 

Classis tsundere:

 

Starts tsuntsun (cranky, violent and possibly violent) towards the protagonist (and possibly everyone else), due to some reason or another, and over the course of the story falls in love with him/turns deredere (lovestruck) .

 

Modern tsundere:

 

She has one side that is utterly deredere (lovestruck) towards the protagonist (and possibly everyone else).

She has another one that is extremely hostile towards the protagonist (and/or everyone else) and which often will use extreme violence towards him.

She's switch between those two frequently. Expect 2-3 switches within one minute at worst.

Yeah, I'm pretty excited.

Whole reason I'm doing this rewatch.
Very excited, apparently the movie will be action packed.

Only problem is Toriyama felt it nessacary to shove Jaco The Galactic Patrolman into the movie.
Because he's so vital to Dragonball.

And Rin is one of the better examples of how you do a tsun, sadly so many tsuns are done badly now it's a shame.

Let me know when it gets to Buu and I might watch it. Was the only real story arc of DBZ I followed. Despite my feelings on DBZ Buu was a ****ing pimp. I loved that big pink poof ball. ;)

When you write a Tsundere don't just write them for the sake of being tsundere. Rin was a character that had reasons for acting the way she does. 

 

Tsunderes nowadays are just Tsundere because for some reason the Japs love that archetype. Jeez , at least put some effort in writing your tsundere. 

 

Ah well at least we still have Rin.
