The Cell saga is not that good.

 

Mostly because of Cell.

 

I at least liked 18.

But in terms of stuff actually happening
Cell Saga had more going on.

And didnt cut to Bulma whining every 2 minutes to painfully remind us she still exists.

Okay, so Cross Ange is like Harry Potter I guess? But Voldemort won and the wizards have enslaved all the muggles and now they force them to fight dragons in robot suits. And all of the muggles are hot girls, and at least 2 of them are rapists. And the main character is like, a professional athlete, and a model, and a princess, and the protagonist of a Code Geass mary sue fic. Why? Who thought this would be a good idea?

The Frieza saga Kai version is fantastic. Currently rewatching all of Namek again.

And Cell was originally going to only have the one form.
