They still messed up on Eyebrow-chan imo, they should have gotten Lady Platt or someone similar in caliber. This actress just lacks the aura and vibe that Ryōka had.

She's had a few good scenes, though I do agree with you for the most part. Usually, she'll have a good intonation on a phrase or speech every now and then.

Ahhh episode 16. Watching Crunchy Roll lose its collective mind over the bath scene caused me far too much amusement. Geth and I had a chat about how for once in a long time, incest was used less for fanservice and more to show just how fucked up a series villain is.

But yes, I'm not personally impressed with dub Satsuki. The aura just isn't there for me which is a shame since that was the other role I knew I would be most critical of.

Well, not so much natural as I'm numb to it by now. I think watching Kill la Kill blew out all the remaining issues I had with it out the window. And granted, Kill la Kill sort of had a point to all their fanservice.

 

Would be nice to have more fanservice swing in the other direction, but alas, that's a topic for another day.
