I can't think of anything that has bigus dikus in it but Isi's My Anime List has a note about http://myanimelist.n.../Shinsekai_yorihaving some guy on guy action.
I don't know to what depth or if it'll show anything or not. You might be better off waiting and asking Isi if has any good scenes or not.
SSY doesn't have any "fanservice" scenes like those you find commonly in a lot of animes.
So....anyone wanna share some fanservicey anime that go in the other direction? I need something new to watch lol.
Junjo Romance might be up your alley.
Haven't watched it myself, so can't give you my impressions of it but a friend of mine said it was good.
EDIT: Unfortunately I don't know what he considered good. The fanservice aspects or the actual show as a whole. So yeah, you can give it a shot if you like.
Honestly I've been looking through all the shows I've watched and I really can't say that I've watched any show that was geared towards that kind of fanservice.
What about JoJo, Elu? I hear it has alot of beefcakes and such.
Or did you already watch that too?
I keep trying to start up JoJo, but for some reason, I keep getting distracted from it. I think I'm on like episode 3. I've had to put it on hold cause my best friend threatened to murder me if I didn't finish Gurren Lagann before summer break.

In some respects, I guess that my issue with anime is pretty much the same with any traditional American media, be it literature or television. It's just there's not a lot of LGBT protagonists or shows of good quality. Granted, I've seen the L part of the acronym addressed in anime before many times, but not necessarily the G portion, which I obviously resonate with more.

There is Rin: Daughters of mnemosyne.
It has quite some yuri stuff in it and the story is quite interesting. Not your average anime.
But you'll just have to see for yourself if it interests you or not.

There are tons of BL (literally boys love) visual novels out there you could try. Not sure how many of them are translated though.

Yeah, it's odd how there are a lot more girl-girl in anime and the guy-guy is extremely rare. I'm drawing blanks, out of the 73 anime that I have completed I can't think of one example (unless you want to count Kill la Kill having guys undressed, but that's just not the same).
Plastic Nee-san does have this going on:
While it isn't what you're looking for, here's the entirety of Plastic Nee-san (I don't remember which episode that is, but each episode is only 2 minutes anyway):
