1. It's incomparable. Watch it.
In overall, it feels pleasantly calm and slice-of-life, but underneath it's thrilling and has a sense of anxiety. The latter comes from care-free yet well-thought-through sci-fi meandering on time travel.
But if I must, then... The Girl Who Leapt Through Time meets Death Note (in some aspects meeting Durarara! and a moe-show even - yet Steins;Gate is better than those, save Death Note, maybe)
