This one of the very few times I legitimately ship a couple together in anime. Winry and Edward are perfect, only being trumped by Roy and Riza.

Must explain why Troy Baker is investing so much in his music career atm.

 

Music is what got him into VA work somehow. Now that he got the fame, he can pretty much go back to that if its really succesful.

Music is his first passion but in order to record an LP one needs money for the equipment -- Danish artist Mikael Simpson did commercials in order to save up for his music business. Troy Baker is probably doing the same and while recording he was told he had a great voice and thus started with a somewhat minor role in Brothers in Arms which got him into voice acting.

 

As for voice acting not being lucrative.. that depends, in terms of anime dubbing it isn't always the most well-paying, and much like any other acting, it's about creating connections, contacting people, people who know people, having an agent really helps. 

Commercials and games do bring in a lot of cashola as Zeke from inFamous would say.

God, Brotherhood was one hell of a wild ride, wasn't it?

 

 

I love starting my friends on the show. Without fail, when they reach that point in the anime, they have each and every one of them sent me text messages in all caps, all of them about to lose their damned minds. And I just sit there and cackle, cause that ain't nothing compared to what happens in the end of the series.

Travis Willingham and Laura Bailey apperantly are able to survive on VA work. Though I don't know if they do other stuff beside that.

Part of the reason that the third opening is my second favorite is just because of her little portion in the opening.

God, Brotherhood was one hell of a wild ride, wasn't it?

 

Those final 10 episodes man....

 

I swear I just had to finnish it in one go. One of the best endings I've ever seen in entertainment.

 

I think one of the reasons why it also was so good was because everyone had a part to play. It wasn't just Ed and Al that did it.
