I read HF, Sakura is nothing but a plot device who only becomes interesting in the last three days. Rin, Illya and Kotomine master race.

 

Sakuras story is more interesting then her as a character.

People either start to like Shirou by the end of the UBW route or they start to like him in HF.

 

Shirou is a different character by the end of both routes.

 

I personally like UBW Shirou a tiny bit more.
