Episode 66. So Reinhard has been calm because he's been pondering on whether he should use his power to attack the FPA which would make him look like an oppressor and that is his dilemma right now. He decides to attack because he's pondered too long.
I'm starting to understand why Reuenthal might rebel. Reinhard has basically given each Fleet Admiral control of their own fleet which reduces his power over the Admirals. This gives Reuenthal the power to move the way he sees fit which might rekindle Reuenthal'so ambition to rule. He lost this ambition after seeing how great Reinhard was but without Reinhard to lead him he will do things his way. That's why he's been more aggressive lately towards Oberstein.
I'm starting to find that Oberstein basically distrust everyone. He also might be a reason why Reuenthal might rebel since the Kaiser puts too much faith in Oberstein.
