Chances are that localizations won't happen anytime soon because Type Moon VN's have a big rights cost.

To be perfectly honest, that doesn't look like a working design ... is that supposed to be a handguard or the grip? If the former, it's on the wrong side and interfering with a proper hold, if the latter, what sort of f*cked up balance would this thing have?
