If anything, he'd probably welcomed it. More magic after all and Tohsaka influence over the Matou family. Plus, if he wanted to be really dastardly, he could just wait for that Zouken geezer to bite it and potentionally get access to unique magic.

The reason Tokiomi gave Sakura to the Matou's is because he wanted her to realize her true potential as a mage since she and Rin both have a lot of potential for their respecitve magic afinity.

That's kinda what I thought. I mean, he's already willing to give his daughter away to the Matou family. He surely knew that the Matous were desperate to win the Grail War and were probably into some shady stuff.

I've yet to see a loli that's is a best character in anything.

99,99% of lolis in anime are just there to fill the loli quota and pander to closet perverts. There is no actual good reason why they are that young nor does their youth make the overall story any better (great mage at 12? PUH-LEASE).

Magic in Berserk is kind of weird anyway, she says she's an apprentice compared to Granny Mage.

 

She's a brilliant character with an amazing chemistry with Gatts and serves an important role to help him retain his humanity.

 

It's not "oh cute mage doing magic."

 

And Chuck Norris has sex before his father.

Myths and legends and claims of amazing deeds are not uncommon.

Factual proof is lacking.

And hey, I can give a 13-year old a gun, and he can kill someone. That doesn't make him a expert marksmen.

 

And tell me, if she were a few years older, would that negatively impact her role in the story at all? No, it wouldn't. If anything, it would give her role as a gifted mage apprentice more credibility, as learing requires a lot of time.
 

So please, give me one good reason why is her age so vital?
