Someone on reddit put spoilers up for FSN UBW S2 episodes and he had a long summary for EP 15 so for anyone who is interested.

EP 15) Because you always end with the best. My favorite episode so far! ILLYA's EPISODE. For you Illya fans (who will also be crying afterwards). Shows her back story on how she waited for Kiritsugu for so long and he never came back. Then a shadow (seemingly from her contaminated mind), told her the "truth" that he abandoned her and killed her mom etc. Now we understand why Illya hates him so much. All her visions are shown to be inside her head and because of her hate, she chose to live on instead of being lifeless everyday. She grows up and feels pity for the many maids getting killed for creating the grail (?) and questions why she's helping the humans get the grail for their wishes --- how does it help the Homunculus? She watches them all disperse as they are disposed of in some liquid pit. She meets her new servants and tells them she doesn't care for their introductions because they're all the same... Next we watch her get Berserker in chains, command him to obey, then how he saves her from the wolves in the snowy forest. This scenes is powerful as we get to see the wolves bite on Illya like mad and Berseker shows up in a timely fashion. Cue back to the present and we get the flashy fight scene with Beserker taking all the hits and Illya crying for him to win - but he fails. Every thing goes by the book after. We see Illya get slashed on the eyes and stabbed (this was brutal to watch). Shirou desperately wants to help but Rin holds him back, covering his mouth and holding him down. Finally Shirou is able to jump down but Gilgamesh shoots a sword at him and rubble topples Shirou. Illya is blind but grabs on to Beserker asking him to stay with her forever. She says she wishes Berserker would carry her once since it would remind her of Kiritsugu (?). Then as she touches him, Beserker reanimates and almost whacks Gilgamesh unawares but disintegrates right before he reaches. Sadly, Illya is still in shock and is holding onto a rock in the same spot Beserker just was, thinking he's still there, asking him to stay there with her (I started tearing up right here). Then Gilgamesh goes in for the kill. Illya says it feels cold and the episode ends. Swaps to a new ED song with just snowy forests in the background.

His summary for EP 13 was very short and not as detailed as EP 14 and EP 15 so I can't really say if the whole "making shirou look like an idiot" is actually true.

 

The rumors in general are probably true since we keep hearing the same thing again and again.

The instantly recovering from the amnesia was weak sauce in my opinion, would have been interesting if they had left it to where she couldn't remember them until a couple of episodes into Season 2. I guess they might not have known if they were getting a second season tho, so that was a good move if that was the case.

Since Nora was the closest to a decent antagonist the show had and she do have some interesting potential so I'd prefer they built on that instead of making up another antagonist that they will at best have barely enough time to make decent

I did watch it last season and if I'd give it a summary it would be a cheerful great looking show about girls moaning everytime they shove something into their mouth. Soma is already more amusing with only 1 episode.

The Shirou VS Archer battle was so amazing. I also ended up liking Lancer more than expected. Damn I had heard UBW was massively better than fate but I wasn't expecting this much.

Shirou vs Archer is my favorite battle in the whole VN. I can't wait to see it animated in a few months.

 

That fight + ufotable animation is going to be downright amazing.
