Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai! episode 2: just one minute into it and I nearly dropped out of my chair laughing. That ecchi build-up and then that punchline. Dirty. DIRTY cucumber! Absolutely did NOT expect THAT coming from the first episode.

Haven't seen Cross Ange, so I can only give some examples of MdWnKS ecchi:
I've only seen the first two episodes for now, so the above list might grow. First episode is pretty harmless, really only thing you saw was female body contours and a bit of skin and all of it played for laughs. Second episode started with something that would make Liamv2 patent a new shade of red most likely and went on to progressively go full throttle. Also played for laughs (and it really was that dog that selled it, just ... that dog!).
Looks pretty harem'y, so if that's something you don't like, the show may not be for you (again, keep in mind I've only seen two episodes yet, my opinion isn't well informed).
But it's positively hilarious. Part of why I stop watching for now is because it's three in the morning over here and I don't trust myself to keep my laughter down to reasonable levels (the other part being that I still haven't slept since I came back from the nightshift ...).
Fool.
I'm not saying he's a bad character or anything. Just that he personally rubs me the wrong way.

About evenly ecchi compared with Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou, as far as I've seen it. But the ecchi is mercilessly played for laughs, so the punchlines certainly add another layer of ecchi on top of it, if only because it not only plays what it shows, but seemingly also where your mind goes (may be overanalyzing that on the episode 2 opening scene, but damn if that wasn't one for the history books of anime ecchi humor).
And the first minute of episode 2 would still make Liamv2 blush in a previously unknown shade of red.

It's still funny as hell, doubly so because the first episode was nothing like this, so it just came out of the blue and smacked you in the head with it.
