Interesting turn of events at the auction house in HunterxHunter. Did not see it coming, since I expected a simply battle royal to go down. Glad that didn't happen. Also Chrollo is a pretty cool adversary, and I see Hisoka is showing signs of being a magnificent bastard himself.

 

 

Can't wait how things will turn out between these two.

I was explaining to House last night that him earlier saying that HF endings boiling down to bittersweet or tragic just pushes far too many right buttons for me. :3 I guess it makes me laugh because I first attempted to read FSN back in 2006 or so. I didn't have anyone to throw ideas off of or anything but I saw it mentioned a fair bit in my internet travels. The reason this makes me laugh? Because without Fate sensei to steer me into knowing that UBW and HF are exactly up my alley, I spent years just figuring it was another harem series and it might not be for me (again I've never made it past the Fate route). So I'm fully prepared for baka Fate-Shirou and baka Fate route in general, and my main driving force is that the right buttons will be pushed in time.


Really I just need my brain to stop being so flighty lately so that I can read more.

I *miiiiiiiight* be partially responsible for that last part too >_>

It has a special kind of over the top feeling that I really like. I was actually afraid that by the end of the episode it was going to get a little bit too serious but I'm glad to see that that was not the case.
