Done with Parasyte and it managed to live up fairly well to the very excellent mentions I heard before watching. The story of the show is one of its greatest strengths together with the psychological aspect. The show ask quite a few important questions. Some it answer what it believe to be true but far from them all which it let the viewer to think about. The show is lead by two excellent characters that keep growing, adapting and evolving as things move along. The side cast is of varying quality but there are a few great characters that do a lot to make the show stronger. The show got a decent OST with a couple of tracks that are played at key moments and become more or less memorable. The show is very well animated which is a must for some of the things it need to do. There were only a couple of episodes in the middle of the show that felt just slightly weaker than the rest but otherwise nothing to remark about.

Transformers and Godzilla are to me,

as what Kamen Rider and Sentai are for Geth.

 

Granted the Bay films are terrible. But not close to the awfulness of Kiss Players.

I really liked the part when Shinichi/Migi

Migi and Shinichi and their growth and struggles was the true highlight of the show for me. After a certain point alot of the episodes became very bland. Parasyte did get back to it's normal quality in the last few episodes but the middle was not as good as the beginning and end.

I thought the whole series was kind of eh. I liked Fredrika, she would say something amusing every now and then. But everything else about that show was kind of eh.
