I've just started watching Avatar The Last Air Bender cartoon series.

Seen the first 5 episodes. The world is interesting, the characters seem believable.

I'll be watching more of this show.

 

To be honest I wasn't expecting very much. The film was garbage.

Pleasantly surprised how good this show is turning up.

 

It's also nice to see some actual element bending, a varied colour pallet and an engaging story.

Have you seen The Great Divide yet? That one's my favorite.

He wants to.

 

I say let him. But that's because I'm not a fan of Hideaki Annos work and I hate NGE.

I wanna see it ruined forever.

 

Because Transformers has the benefit of having so many iterations, you can actually just ignore the Bay movies and and enjoy whatever show or comic you prefer.

With NGE, you have to acknowledge it exists.

There's also Blood-C. It's not very good, but it's certainly better than Elfen Lied. If you like blood and guts, you might like Blood-C.
