That's how it is for me. To have my interest in history and mythology make it possible for me to figure out who the every servant is before the reveal!
I like history but I still missed a few of them. I get slightly over half of them.

When I read FSN the first my history knowledge was really bad (I didn't even have a clue who FSN Caster was) and because of that there were some little things here and there that I didn't quite catch.
So overall I think your experience will be better.
I don't regret in the least figuring out any servant before reveal.

Only hero I didn't know when I first read FSN was Saber and Archer(which makes sense since both their reveals are big parts of Fate and UBW) Lancer, Berserker and Rider where all easy to deduce quickly for me.
Caster was the only one that gave me some issues until more hints where shown in the VN.
