There's only one thing that CAN be argued to be semi plot armor, but it's extremely debatable in UBW.

No it's not. Did you even pay attention to all the build up and explanations of Shirous power? It makes sense he can do that. It is stated cleary by many characters and monologues that there is a very good reason why Shirou is a massive threat to this person. Ufotable has not done a good job with this so I suspect I'll have to detail this for Chewin and Rex.

He unlocked his reality marble, used unlimited blade works and nearly died doing it only managing so thanks to Rin. I don't think that really counts as plot armor.

He learned it by literally copying himself do it. Hence why it was quicker. Even then it was imperfect. He's talent has always lied in projection anyways so it's not too surprising.
