She might still steal mana at first but considering she seems pretty chill with Shirou in FHA I'm sure that there has to be a way for those two to somehow get along. She also seems to like Shirou in her own special way in the bad endings and also in the temple and bridge scene.

 

And then after the war is done those two would bicker the whole time about who should be the housewife  .

The more pragmatic Shirou is the easier they'll probably get along. Late UBW Shirou and from what I hear HF Shirou should be able to build quite a dynamic duo with Caster.

 

The real struggle would be the fight over the housewife position, oh dear that could get serious!
