To be honest tho, just like Vlad in Extra. She was more of the vampire stuff stuck to her legend then the real Bathory. Same with Vlad being closer to the real person in F/A then Extra where he was more Dracula.

I'm still wondering why she even qualifies for being a Heroic Spirit tbh.

She belongs to the same sub set of heroic spirits that Medea and Medusa belong too.

 

There's a crap load of sub sets in the Throne of Heroes. Heroic spirits, Counter guardians, Anti heroes, gods, anti villains ect. The Throne of Heroes is simply an area in the Root that holds the spirits of ever being, may it be myth or real that had a big impact on the world in any time period.

I do wonder how far the throne of hero's accepts. Like say would a crazy dictator be in there? What about a unknown hero that changed the world behind scenes?

Each grail has rules, some grails have no issues with some spirits, some do. For example, both Rider and Caster are not meant to be summoned by this grail in the fifth war, but because of what happen in the third war, alot of rules where broken thus they can be summoned. There are alot of wars that go on in each world(not taking parallel worlds into account either)

Then you have heroic spirits like Hassan-i-Sabbah and Robin Hood that become a bigger mess because that was a title, not a persons name which means any person who had that title is also in the throne of heroes XD
