Well Slayers is over and that was a lot of fun, older series but holds up really well, one of the funnier anime for sure also.

Maybe, if Slayers Next is more enjoyable than Slayers 1 I doubt I wouldn't enjoy it at least a little bit...

I like Soul Eater as a series, so I hope the spin-off is at least okay and brings back main characters.

 

Would love to see Soul and Maka again.

 

I stopped watching it after Ep 3. Not because it was bad, but neither did it do anything substantial for my part to keep me interested. Apparently it is set for 26 episodes, so might pick it up again when I can watch more than a couple of episodes.

 

House isn't too fond of it either.

 

As I understand it, there's a lot of plot threads that still need to be worked on, from my knowledge of the movies, they're still in the first one more-or-less.

 

There's a lot of characters to introduce etc etc...

 

Politically tho' it isn't anything special from what I recall.

 

It's your basic stance on power with people going for the throne for their 'right' to it... y'know... ASOIAF.

 

The movies didn't impress me all that much, like I said, it was a little clumsy.

 

But I prefer the series by miles.
