Also only 20 seconds of EMIYA? lulz
Yes.
That's the worst.
I need my EMIYA, even DEEN had a longer one from what I remember.

The more I look at the episode, the more I find wrong and the more I get bitter. Type-MOON stuff is the only reason Ufotable is even worth a dam, if they can't even do this crap good then they have no worth as a studio.
I feel like I may write today.

I don't think I have an Ilya gush in me.You have to hit him where it hurts most. Take a loli and gush about how good her character is. Preferably from a series he knows.
Schierke would be a good option if you read Berserk.
Speaking of which: read Berserk!it gets so good
You're right!Stop it, you'll just excite Lotion even more.
Wasn't Ufotable the one doing the Urobuchi PnP collaboration anime thing?
Nope, Silver link, who are faaaar better then Ufotable.
Mmhm.Just grab the thyroid cartilage tightly, squeeze and twist.

I'd start Berserk again but my cat's sick and taken over the room where my laptop is.
You're right!

Because they did a faithful adaptation of Prisma Illya?
Yeah. It sucks.That poor cat
Ah, they did WataMote and Non Non Biyori, not bad.
Well, there's also Strike the Blood and Prisma Ilya there... but maybe those were fine in terms of adaptation at least.
As an adaption, Primsa Illya is in fact one of the best (it's just pure **** no matter what) but if you look at it as an adaption, it trumps any Ufotable work.

Well more they just have more impressive work. Except for KnK 3,5 and 7 and Zero, nothing Ufotable has done has been really good. Gyo anyone? For me, if your only good work is from one series and even that starts to fail(UBW) then you have no worth as a studio.

That's good news.
I've quite a few anime on my plan to watch list that they are going to animate (Byori S2, Rakudai, Chaos dragon and Tamaidou Gakuen) so it's good to know that they're capable of making good adaptations.
Really liked the episode. My only caveat was that I felt like they cut the Shirou and Archer dialogue a little too short. But, to me as an anime only watcher, it still managed to convey everything that I thought it needed to convey. Any more, and I feel like we'd be repeating the same conversations over and over.

This is why while Madhouse, J.C and Production I.G DO have some bad works, they do have a crap ton of very good stuff, these are quality studios.

Fun fact. The Answer is far longer in the VN and it didn't repeat anything. Ufotable simply rushed the most important scene in the story.

Eh, I don't consider it rushed, since I felt like it started the previous episode and finished in this one.
So how many left before it's over?

3 more.
3 more.
That went by quick.
Sure did
