I still don't understand what their problem is with rice balls.

I swear, if I ever have to hear that abysmal germanification of japanese names (Naruuuuuuuutooooo, Sasuuuuuuukeeee, Sakuuuuuuuraaaa) one more time, I will break something. I'm pretty sure I still have a couple old Naruto manga that I could burn somewhere.

 

There's some things that you don't dub. If you keep the names, you bloody keep the pronounciations aswell. For all I care you can change the names, Naruto is now Harald, Sakura is now Waltrude and Sasuke is Manfred, but for the love of my poor ears, don't bastardize the names' pronounciation.

That had the title of worst dub before One Piece.

The sending of Bellemere to the dungeon instead of being killed, cutting out Laboon and Little Garden made tons of plot holes, the endless horrible jokes and puns, bad voice acting, David Moo as Sanji and yeah characters also got changed too.

All this and more just made it so bad.

Tho it's funny as hell now with the Funi dub being around.

Well hard for me to argue it since I haven't seen OP but I just can't get passed them editing out all the homosexuality (which was all almost subtext anyways) cause they didn't think kids could handle it just ticks me off for many reasons that I won't go into cause breaks almost over.

Ah well, both are terrible either way.
