Surprisingly my current watching list is quite full at the moment. Normally I only watch one or two at a time so I can pay better attention to their stories and whatnot, but there's a lot of stuff that's airing at the moment that is quite good. What about you guys?
(Airing) Stuff I'm watching:
Date A Live
Kakumeiki Valvrave
Suisei no Gargantia (loving this!)
Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ Maji Love 2000% (lolol)
Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru. (started today!)

Gargantia continues to impress, but I remembered that it's only planned to have 13 episodes. Idk why but for some reason I was thinking it was 26 for the past two weeks.
As for Date A Live, I think the reason the episodes haven't been as interesting as of late is that the music that plays during the previews is no longer that hilarious, whistly military tune. That was amazing.

As far as Gargantia goes, yeah I'm pretty devo it's so short but hopefully they'll renew for another season. I mean, there's no way it feels like it's wrapping up now with only a few episodes left. Fingers crossed anyway. I find it completely charming.
Date A Live is becoming a bit of a chore for me to watch. It's always the last one I end up watching. It just feels so meh. I don't know if it's the plot or the characters but it's just... ugh. The reason I'm really continuing to watch it is Tohka, tbh.
I did also actually watch a beautiful little series over the last two days called "Sukitte Ii na yo" (Say I love you). It was simple. but really honest and sweet.

Made it a lil' bit further into Durara, and it's pretty much the same. I want to figure out what's going on in that show. There's a pretty good set up, I just need time to watch the show.

I know a few people here are digging Attack on Titan, but honestly I seem in the same boat as a lot of the manga readers seem to be in on MAL we just are not connecting to the anime over the manga.

Have to say of the 14 things I'm watching this season, Maou-Sama is the best hands down. fallowed up with Gargantia, are the best for me. Several others I like, but I find overhalf of these season is meh.

I'm actually losing my taste in that. The flashbacks and meh writing. Also miss Mary Sue Mikasa. I'm hoping it picks up more.

imo NnT, ÜB are like two halves of the same coin in terms of the themes, symbolism, mood, and artstyles despite ÜB having a head start of 80 chapters. Übel Blatt is a good read, plus that crazy pedo warlord lady isJ. Reezy wrote...
I was reading a review of Nanatsu no Taizai and it said Übel Blatt was better so I've started reading that.

Generally that means Mid-Tier I guess but more from in relation to the main character and the people he comes across, so you're more important or powerful or knowledgeable or whatever is relevant than all the normal dudes but you're basically never gonna make it. Which manga/anime do you pick to inhabit?!?!?
The ramifications of this choice are of your own choosing.
Go.
Personally I'd be a krillin-tier pokemon character because like I'd get to follow my dreams and be successful in my field but basically still be a pissant in the grand scheme of things. I might even be a gym leader so I have to have some income or clout or SOMETHING. I'm ok being the very greatest gimmick Ghost-Fighting-Steel specified trainer who uses ballet in my fighting in a small region that doesn't matter if that's what keeps food on the table.
But could my pride handle all the defeat and irrelevance????

or any Digimon series.
Edit: and if it doesn't have to be a action series, Hidamari Sketch, Lucky Star, or Azumanga Daioh.

Sword Art: Online? I enjoyed it, good action, high stakes, a bit of humor with occasional heavy assaults by the drama lama for some quite good juxtaposition in terms of tone. Most of the characters are enjoyable though aside from the first big bad (in the anime at least) the villians a fairly cartoonish. The manga carries the story further so better villians down the line. The Mad Hanar wrote...
I'm thinking about checking out SA:O. Any opinions of the people? Does it live up to the all mighty hype?

It's an okay series, but don't expect much by way of quality story telling. The writing ranges from decent to perplexingly silly at times, but for the most part the animation is very good and the action scenes are exciting. The settin and premise are also excellent, but many argue (and I personally agree to an extent) that the great setting could have been taken better advantage of.
But yeah, I'd say it's worth a watch. Just maybe don't expect to be moved to tears or asked to think.

It's pretty good. The first 14 episodes are more or less great, they tells a good story with good characters. The last 11 episodes aren't as good and some of the characters are terrible.
Does it live up to the hype? No.
However it's still a good show.
