So lets say that you know that one of your relatives or a person you're close to has to take a certain road when going to work. You know when he/she goes that way and you also know that he has to be focused when driving through it because there is a lot of traffic. You decide to purposefully call him when it could get dangerous knowing he could die. You succeed in doing so and the police decide to write that person's death off as an accident.

 

Let's just say that after what happened you admit to the police that you did that on purpose, would they be allowed to take you in for murder?
