Just repeating myself here but watch something good and take the time to think about and understand what makes it good. I can't speak for the others but I'd make more of an effort to talk with you if you made some posts that had some substance to it. Not saying that to be mean but it's true.

Remember when Chris questioned whether you knew what a strong character was a while back? Those are things you should take time to understand.

Just my two cents. Can't say others would respond more to you if you did that (pretty sure a bunch of people have you on ignore at this point) but still think it would help at least IMO.

I know I sound like an attention ****** right about now... I really don't know what to talk about with the anime thread since everyone watches different animes than I do and I just wanted to be friends with everyone here. Sure, I act rather strange at times and I'm really not understandable every now and then, sure I make a stupid post every now and then that doesn't make sense. 

 

I feel left out, and I've made it clear to myself that I don't need to talk about things I don't know about. This is to prevent me from looking like an idiot. 

If someone is talking about an anime I know little of, how can I take part in that conversation? 

 

Rah used to poke at me some and now I think he's got me blocked or ignored. For House, I am sure I'm already blocked, since that conversation a while back pretty much angered him if I recall correctly. I've tried to have a conversation with him once and was ignored completely. 

 

I'm very different from the rest of you guys. My tastes, some of the animes I have watched and never gotten around to watch. 

 

I get on BSN because I want to be friends with the anime thread. I really don't post elsewhere.

So, after about a month, I finally got to finishing Katanagatari.

 

I can't make a book-post about the series, but damn, I would say this is the 3rd best series I've watched, although there are issues, it really, well it sounds incredibly cheesy but considering my "anime thread age" I suppose it fits. Katanagatari resonated with me. I really liked it and highly recommend it.

 

I mean, I recommend it on the level of Ar Tonelico, so that's pretty high.
