DCU 52 is a bit more consistent on Batman's abilities now. Any time hes had to fight superman, superman was either not 100percent or not taking him seriously, and even then he has NEVER won a canon new52 fight against supes, kyrptonite and all.

Superman was jokerized. Batman whipped out a HULK BUSTER batsuit to take out superman. The suit's fists had micro red suns in its knuckles. And the joker venom turned Superman into a mindless bruiser. Wayne still lost. His only saving grace was a deus ex machina "Kryptonite gum" he spat into Superman's face. At which point Superman plummeted into the ocean. Batman cant win against supes, he can only hope to stalemate him.
