Gangsta with a solid first episode. Quite liking the main characters already, or as much as is possible after one episode. The episode did at least fullfill some of the hopes I got on the show and the first episode managed to provide a decent amount of evidence that the world isn't sunshine and bunnies. I do like the art style, very appropriate for what the show will be about.
Ooooh.
It's up already?
Gonna watch asap.
And yes.
End 5 is amazing.

It's good. Too good for you.
That's the Rah response.
Rah can go buzz off.
I should read it. Then laugh in Rah's face.

We discussed this already Sim. Stop stereotyping. We've since upgraded to log cabins.
You call it an upgrade, but you're the one who had to find a freezer big enough to fit your ice cream filled mattress. Ah, the price of progress.

The manga you're reading?
Oh yeah, bookmarked ages ago along with the Atilla one and the Ceasre Borgia one.
Thing is, I want more chapters before I get into it.
Or else I'll have another ongoing manga that takes forever to update.
Like Vinland Saga.
Besides.
These manga aren't that popular.
Vinland Saga, Berserk, Monster, Vagabond etc are an exception.
So they might get axed.

Totally worth it though. Now I can be laying in bed, reach over and grab some neapolitan ice cream without having to get up

When I say the dialog is lacking, the best way to describe it is that it feels artificial, and that extends to the progression of the plot in general. The logic characters use to explain their words and actions at times leaves something to be desired, and the things that happen sometimes seem a bit unrealistic. Yet I still enjoy the characters themselves. It feels more of a case of "the writers didn't think of this" which is never a good feeling, and usually, or so you hope with good shows, something they quickly correct for you.
It doesn't happen too often to be overly distracting, but it's enough for me to notice and be a bit disappointed from my high expectations for the show. And I did go in knowing it would be pretty slow paced and not have a lot of action, but when a show is gonna be so dialog heavy, naturally the dialog falls under greater scrutiny then.
That's pretty much what the entire show hinges on, reacts to. I don't think there is anything wrong with that though; the writers are telling a story and they did it well (in my opinion). I did find the android angle interesting though, it was different. Only other anime I can think of that has androids in it is Dragon Ball Z
If you liked it enough you should try Chobits and compare them. As far as just having androids goes, there's Outlaw Star and Big O and if we're calling the DBZ androids such, then Cyborg 009 and Ghost in the Shell also come to mind.

You should watch Jojo then wait for part 4.
Which will happen.

Man that's one huge conclusion to jump to xD
Nah it's genuine.
Sh*t's only got like 14 chapters.

It almost did.
Can't wait for Chewin to see that.
Bet he'll be hyped too.
Books are usually better than their adaptations.
Imagine a better version of LOTGH!

13 chapters. Which is 13 good reasons to read it.
Remember, the more manga you read, the more updates are going to happen, hence less time between each update, meaning less time spent not reading manga.

You got a point.
But I'll wait.
Because I'll like it.
And I'll scoop it up in one big bite.
I'd rather tackle something like Ravages of Time beforehand since that has 400+ chapters and is something I adore.
ETA:
Like this is another one I'm waiting on.

It's something I'd love, but screw another Berserk on my list.
