Summer season coming too soon, I'm not ready.

 

The last four episodes of Seirei no Moribito were very strong and didn't add anything to my list of gripes with the show aside from the fact that the last moment used a very recognizable stock sound effect for the eagle that flew by.

Well, that was the final episode of the Ant Arc.

Definitely HxH's strongest Arc by far. It started out really slow, but damm did it pick up afterwards.

I'd say Komugi was the heroine of this arc. Its because of her interactions what made Meruem at the end.

But that doesn't mean everyone else didn't matter. Every character grew in their own way.

I don't think I'll ever be able to love King like some of you do, but he definitely grew on me throughout the arc He's absolutely the best Shounen antagonist I have come across so far.

 

Glad to see that you came around to King.

 

Which was obvious, since you aren't a scrub.

What's Frieza doing in Hunter x Hunter?

Finished the first season from Jojo stardust crusaders today. It was pretty good! I really liked how this time it looked like every character in the team got their moment(s) to shine. Still prefer part 2 right now because Joseph > Jotaro as a protagonist but who knows that might change with S2. Although I still prefer Jotaro miles to Jonathan.

Well since the summer season has started might as well pick up a show or two to follow.

 

Chaos Dragon, Charlotte and Gangsta were hyped to some extent, so might as well pick these three. But for now, more JoJo on my part.

Episode 108 of HxH

 

Seeing the potential of a show to be fullfilled and then to see it move past what I dared to hope from it. I can never get enough of seeing King and Komugi. Everything about them and their interactions are some of the finest I've been able to see from characters. King is developing and growing into a far, far more interesting character than what he was at the earlier stages. Oh King, you've caught my interest.
