Whoops. *Poofed* it cause reasons.Huh, apparently Dom deleted his post or it was removed, but either way Bartkira looked hilarious. Though it reminded me to watch Akira sooner rather than later.
The fan artists have an eye for detail.

Ew it's Griff.
About time!
Rah is never late, nor is he early. Rah deals with things just at the right moment

Doesn't care about this arc filled with Dragon Ball Z freakshow rejects; Especially the main villain, who schizophrenically switches between the personalities of the whole DBZ villain roster -- First "I want to be Frieza" to "I want to be Cell" to "I want to be Shadow the Hedgehog" the edgy misunderstood all-powerful grumby/mobey nitwit creature who's able to man-handle every conceivably strong Hunter with next to no effort solely for raising the stakes -- Not to mention the HBO-approach to killing off notable characters for cheap shock value.
Then the Phantom Troupe came back in 2 episodes and killed a few of those ugly ants and I was like -- Finally, I'm having a good time again. Bring those guys back; They were actually engaging as villains.

Ohohhohoho. If what i've heard is true your going to enjoy what comes later.
Still hasn't watched Chaos Dragon and might actually wait with it. As it's grown closer to relase and now past the first episode my instincts are not favourable and they've been correct ever since I talked to them last year about their failure with Akame ga Kill. Been looking for a possible replacement for the show and I got a few ideas but I'm in no rush to replace it

Could watch Ushio no tora. It's cool if you like cheesy bullshit.

Yeah the King's rap career should fix his opinion.

Yep. He and 50cent are best buds.

It's an alternative for sure, cheesy bullshit always got its place and this season I've not picked one so maybe!

Oho, didn't expect this from you!
Well do continue. I'm quite certain your views will change as it goes along. You are hardly the first to express yourself in a similar fashion, and won't be the last.
Let's just say it's draining -- It's been taking too many ques from One Piece in regards to its handling of pacing; They've spent episodes upon episodes talking about how much they are going to kill these ants yet none of them have really made a move yet which incidentally has led to Frieza conquering Planet Veg-I mean the Ant King conquering a nation and killing a bunch of people while everybody sat on their ass and picking their nose.
Unlike the homunculi in Brotherhood, I find these ants the opposite of compelling and the sheer minded ease with how strong they've become in a short amount of time feels a lot like a poor-man's Dragon Ball Z -- That is to say, like Dragon Ball Z. Everybody powers up solely simply by screaming loudly enough, if they aren't already handed over a season ticket to a years supply of Nen-aura.
The homunculi, while powerful, didn't make no excuses for their nature.. They were quite simply the manifestations of the worst sins of man, no misunderstood individuals, just beings of malevolence who stand by their principles and ideals even when they are facing their own mortality.
Chaos Dragon looks nice visually, but other than that I wasn't impressed. House and Angel was praising it, so we'll see.
I didn't praise it, I praised Red dragon for what it was and that was a crazy paper and pen RPG adventure from Nasu, Gen and other notable people in the industry., Chaos Dragon can be a massive flop for all I know.

*yawn*
If Ant monsters came into North Korea right now and took it over.
I don't think anyone would do anything.
It can only make NK better.

Lmao, you are undergoing the exact same thing like me during the arc.
Well, Eva's are better than Gundams. The first and second generation ones at least.

Lets also not forget that majority of the hunters are in fact very selfish people, they are not heroes.
HnnnnngDom gets it.
It's not so much selfish.
As.
They are all f**king crazy.

One would probably need to be twice as crazy as most of them to actually want to to most of the stuff hunters do, they be bonkers!
