If someone told me that Final Fantasy XIII gets good half way through then I'd say pull the other one because I didn't believe that obviously from my experience, as I wasn't having a good time playing through the seizeless tutorials disguised as the first 1/3 part of the game.It's tied to that same belief, where I think that if something hasn't tickled your excitement at all several hours later then it definitely won't change for the better. Like if you weren't having fun in the first place then I imagine it won't change irregardless of what comes next. 

I understand that, but since your disappointments lied primarily in power ups and early build ups that haven't contextualized narratively yet, I took your post as jumping the gun quite early, further by the comment which alluded that we are just trying to trick you further down the rabbit hole.

Nah, now you're implying that the show itself is rendering bodily harm unto me, simply by watching, which is a bit of an exaggeration. I think I've just lost interest with the dull slow exposition, poignant backstories that don't lead nowhere, slow pacing, and juvenile mutant villains.I'm used to having opinions that would make people want to burn me at the stake for though.Think I'll settle for True Detective now then move on to something else.

Already seen it, given that the show itself is constrained as that of an anthology -- Self-contained narratives with different characters with each season, though sharing common thematic tones of corruption, flawed/if not indecent characters, adultery and gritty Se7en-esque thriller murder mysteries etc. It's excellent. I was bringing it up since the second season is rolling now.

All I said was the ending he was going for was Kawaii! FFS. Never even saw any of the conversation before that. I literally cannot fathom how that gives anything away especially since he already knew
