IDK, I think it can be read as a bit of a hissy fit. 

 

Anywho, I got it downloading on my other computer and it has an estimated download time of 18 minutes as opposed to the 2 hours my laptop did. Now keep in mind, that is a desktop that is using a wireless adapter to connect to the internet that never peaks beyond 3 bars, while my laptop is built for that sort of thing and is allegedly always at 5 bars, lol.

I keep getting an error when updating during the picture thumbnails and the installing stops, I think something on DevPro's end might be busted. 

 

I'll try it again in a couple of hours and maybe a couple of times tomorrow, but after that I'm done messing with DevPro and will just have to use Duel Network

Today I learned that Japan had an actual GE999 themed train in-use until last year. It was just a fancy paint-job but still...

And now they're crowdfunding a new one.

They're crowdfunding a train based on a manga/anime. Japan is based.

Corrected myself. Should not have omitted the fact that GE999 is a manga first, anime second.

You know, this got me thinking about how Japan has such a vibrant culture. Both from an historical point of view and also from a contemporary one. All these Gundam statues and various vehicles and public-places themed around influential manga and anime.

Which got me thinking about my own country, Canada, and its great culture. And I tried to figure out what the Canadian equivalent of a GE999 themed train could be.

But the only thing I managed to come up with was a Tim Hortons themed Zamboni.

And that made me sad.

There's a lot of nice, reasonable people in Quebec. There's a lot of less nice and less reasonable people too. And they tend to be noisier.
